In her former role as Head, Global Supplier Diversity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson, Bev was a key leader in J&J’s selection as the first Healthcare company to join the elite Billion Dollar Roundtable, where she served as Vice Chair for the non-profit comprised of companies committed to annually spending at least $1 billion with Tier 1 diversity suppliers. Bev currently serves as a member of the Turtle & Hughes Board of Directors, which she joined in 2020 after more than a decade of partnership with the company.
